Terms of Service

Effective July 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of Mira: Astrology Widgets and its related services.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Aaryan Gusain, the operator of Mira: Astrology Widgets (“Mira,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Mira, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Mira.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mira. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.

3. What Mira provides

Mira provides astrology-inspired content, birth-chart calculations, widgets, reminders, customization, saved content, and related features for personal reflection and entertainment. Features may vary by device, operating system, region, account status, and subscription.

Astrology content is a symbolic and reflective lens. It is not a statement of fact, a prediction of certain events, or a substitute for your judgment.

4. No professional advice

Mira does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, relationship, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Mira to make decisions that require qualified professional advice or emergency assistance.

5. Accounts and guest use

You can use Mira as a guest. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for activity associated with your account on your devices. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person.

We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security issues, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Mira may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, free trials, introductory offers, and one-time purchases. The available product, duration, price, currency, trial terms, and included features are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

  • Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. RevenueCat helps Mira manage entitlement status.
  • A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s applicable rules.
  • If a trial converts to a paid subscription, your Apple account is charged the price shown before purchase unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account. Deleting Mira or your Mira account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
  • Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple under its policies. Mira cannot directly issue App Store refunds.
  • You can use Mira’s restore-purchases feature where supported.

7. Premium access

Premium access depends on the purchase and entitlement information returned by Apple and RevenueCat. If a subscription expires or a payment cannot be completed, premium features may become unavailable until access is renewed or restored.

We may change premium features over time. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will provide notice when required by law or Apple’s rules.

8. License and intellectual property

Mira, including its software, design, visual assets, trademarks, and original compilation of content, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Mira on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store usage rules.

9. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use Mira in violation of applicable law
  • interfere with, damage, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to Mira or its services
  • reverse engineer, copy, modify, sell, or redistribute Mira except where applicable law expressly allows it
  • use automated means to extract content or data from Mira without permission
  • use Mira or its content to infringe rights, deceive, harass, or harm another person

10. Third-party services

Mira relies on services provided by Apple, Google Firebase, RevenueCat, PostHog, AppsFlyer, and Meta. Your use of their services may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or outages outside our reasonable control.

11. Availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue Mira or any feature. Mira may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network conditions, platform changes, or third-party outages. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error free.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mira is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from or related to Mira.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Mira will not exceed the amount you paid for Mira during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

14. Termination

You may stop using Mira at any time. You can delete local data or a signed-in account using Mira’s in-app controls. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.

15. Governing law

Except where the consumer laws of your place of residence require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in New Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Mira changes. We will update the effective date above and provide any additional notice required by law. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Apple terms

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Mira or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Mira. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as they relate to your license to use Mira.
